HERMES is a project management method that is primarily used in public administration and IT projects, but has now also become established in other areas. In our training courses, you will acquire all the skills you need to work on HERMES projects.
The concept of project phases has been revised to allow for both classic and hybrid project management approaches. An additional phase has been added.
Regardless of the selected project management approach, the solution development can now be approached in a classical, agile or hybrid way.
To improve the application, two new tools called Tailoring and Sizing have been added. These allow for a more streamlined and flexible customization of the project.
