Are you a (prospective) project manager or a project team member and would like to train in HERMES and obtain a recognized certificate? Then the HERMES 2022 Foundation Training is just right for you!
In two days you will acquire a basic understanding of the HERMES project management method and prepare for the exam.
With your newly acquired knowledge, you will know how the various methodological elements of HERMES interact and how to approach a project so that you can work efficiently in HERMES projects.

Immediately after the training, you will have the opportunity to put your acquired knowledge to the test in a 60-minute online exam with 40 multiple-choice questions at TüV Süd. If you pass, you will receive the recognized HERMES 2022 Foundation certificate.
Please tell us your date of birth and your hometown when you register. This information is needed to clarify the examination modalities. On the day of the exam, you will need a valid photo ID for identification purposes.
The exam for the HERMES 2022 Foundation is held online. The exams are conducted via a dedicated software called ProctorExam. You will receive a personalized invitation from TüV Süd via e-mail, addressed at the e-mail address you provided during registration. In this e-mail you will find a link to the registration/examination. You can set the test date yourself. TüV Süd will offer you appropriate time slots in the week after your training. Please note that you will have to pay for the exam as soon as you have registered, regardless of whether you actually take the exam. When registering, please indicate that the invoice should be sent to Computare. The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of TüV Süd are binding.
Immediately after the exam, you will receive feedback in the system about passing or failing the exam. The final decision on the awarding of the certificate will only be made after the results have been checked. Your certificate will then be sent to you by e-mail.
In contrast to HERMES 5.1, the topic of agility is more important in HERMES 2022. A distinction is already made in the phase model between the classic and agile approach. In the agile approach, the traditional phases of "concept", "realization" and "introduction" are replaced by a single phase, "implementation", in order to integrate a wide range of development approaches, including iterative and incremental methods.
In addition, the role of the user representative has been upgraded in HERMES 2022: they now bear technical responsibility for the product, both in traditional and agile projects. In the agile approach, they act as a link to the development team and guide it through the definition of solution requirements, similar to the product owner in Scrum.
Overall, HERMES 2022 provides an answer to today's fast-paced world and the increasing complexity in projects by allowing flexibility for evolving requirements and stakeholder interests as the project progresses.
